Welcome to the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation’s current grants page. While our organization is driven to assist many LGBT causes, our three main focuses have been concentrated into the following programs. These funding programs are set to best assist those in the greatest need in our community.

The San Diego HIV Funding Collaborative (SDHFC) is a program chaired by the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation (SDHDF).
Established in 1990 by a group of local funders and community members concerned with the impact of AIDS on the San Diego region, the San Diego HIV Funding Collaborative’s mission is to raise, leverage and collaboratively allocate private funds in order to reduce the impact of HIV in the San Diego region.
2018 San Diego HIV Funding Collaborative Funding Cycle
The 2018 HIV Funding Collaborative funding cycle is now open, with applications due December 1, 2017. Maximum grants are $10,000, and the application may be found at this link. Please note, to be eligible, you must be a 501 (c)(3) organization, providing direct services for the HIV community in San Diego County.
